1. Welcome

These Terms cover your use of our website and junk removal services. By booking a job or using this site, you agree to what's written here. If anything's unclear, just give us a call — we're a small, owner-operated crew and we're happy to talk it through.

2. Who We Are

Clean Way Junk Removal (“we,” “us,” “our”) is based in the Niagara Region and provides residential and small commercial junk removal, clean-outs, and related haul-away services.

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are based on the info you share with us (descriptions, photos, location, volume). If the actual job is bigger or more difficult than what was described, we'll talk with you first and agree on a revised price before we start lifting.

4. Booking & Cancellations

• Bookings are confirmed by phone, text, or email.
• Need to reschedule or cancel? Just let us know as early as you can — no fees for reasonable-notice changes.
• We may reschedule on our end for weather, safety, or unforeseen issues. We'll contact you right away and find a new time that works.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the completion of the job unless we've agreed otherwise. We'll go over accepted payment methods when you book. Returned payments or unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.

6. What You're Responsible For

• Giving us accurate info about the job, the items, and the access (stairs, driveway, parking, etc.).
• Making sure we're allowed to be on the property and remove the items you've pointed out.
• Not asking us to haul away hazardous materials (paint, propane, asbestos, medical waste, chemicals, etc.). If you're not sure, ask us first.

7. What We Take & What We Don't

We remove furniture, appliances, renovation debris, yard waste, and general household or office junk. We don't take hazardous waste or anything illegal. If we show up and find items outside what was booked, we'll adjust the price or skip those items.

8. Property & Liability

We take real care in and around your property, but accidents can happen. We'll be responsible for damage caused by our negligence, up to the amount you paid for the specific job. We aren't responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, indirect losses (like lost profits), or issues caused by conditions we weren't told about.

9. Website Content

The logo, photos, and copy on this website belong to Clean Way Junk Removal. Please don't copy or reuse them without asking.

10. Privacy

How we handle your personal info is covered in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to that policy too.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always live on this page, with the updated date at the top.
